Sally has been with Premier Athletics for 16 years. She started out as the Preschool Director and was promoted to Manager in 2000. Since then she has been instrumental in developing the Little Explorers program for the company as well as being a company leader for training and marketing. Sally is also the event director for Knoxville’s Largest Kids’ Party, one of the largest family events in Knoxville. Sally serves on the Executive Team for Premier Athletics and is one of the brand leaders for the Ozone Signature Gymnastics Series.
Sally is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where she earned a Master’s Degree in English. She and her husband Darrell have 2 boys, Jackson age 7 and Hayes age 2. Her favorite thing about working for Premier Athletics is the family atmosphere and being an integral part of enhancing the lives of children. Sally’s favorite things are spending time with her family, working out, EATING, being outdoors, and finding new ways to redecorate and remodel her home.
Susan came to Tennessee from South Carolina to attend ETSU, where she cheered and received a Marketing degree. She coached at the Premier gym that was in Johnson City for six years before moving to Knoxville and has now been with Premier Athletics for nealry 15 years. She is a proud mommy of two precious daughters, Hartley and Hayden.

Lisa began her journey into gymnastics by participating in the sport as a athlete. She was a Tennessee Competitive Age Group Gymnast for 10 years and a Tennessee Collegiate gymnast. She then opened and owned Knoxville Gymnastics Training Center with her husband, Phil Savage, which they owned for 30 years. She has been a Women's Gymnastics Judge for 15 years and served on the Tennessee Gymnastics Board of Directors for six years. Lisa was the first to develop preschool gymnastics in Knoxville and has been a women's gymnastics competitive coach for over 20 years. She has proudly coached numerous athletes to earn gymnastics college scholarships. Miss Lisa is a Univeristy of Tennessee graduate with a degree in Deaf & Elementary Education. She created the first Tri-Meet, including Women's and Men's Gymnastics, Power Tumbling & Trampoline under one roof. This meet that she started is now annually held in Knoxville and is called the Ozone Invitational. She serves her community as a volunteer coordinator for the Dogwood Arts House and Garden Show and the Fantasy of Trees. She enjoys mountain biking, road biking, Harley riding and running in her spare time.

Lindsey has a full resume when it comes to cheerleading. Lindsey competed for 8 years as a Shark at Premier Athletics Knoxville - West. She was also a cheerleader for her middle and high school. Her team, Great White, placed in the top 10 at Worlds in 2006 and in the top 5 in 2007. In college, she recieved accolades such as NCA All-girl Collegiate National Champion in 2009, 2011, and 2012, NCA Collegiate Stunt Group National Champion in 2010, Team USA All-girl World Champion in 2009, 2012, and 2013, and Gym Tyme World Champion in 2010 and 2012. She has been an NCA college staff instructor and a skills camp instructor. Lindsey graduated in 2012 from the University of Louisville with a degree in exercise science. She enjoys spending time with her dogs, Zoey and Zeus, and playing adult league kickball!
