Xtreme Cheer ~ Ages 5-14                                                         

Learn to cheer like the teams on ESPN! We teach kids to “Be Self Confident, Do Their Best and Have fun! Learn the basics of today’s modern performance based cheerleading including, dance, tumbling, motions, cheer, stunting and more. Learn proper skills progressions by certified experienced staff and combine elements into a 2:30 high energy routine!  Purchase a $10 t-shirt and wear blackshorts.  No prior experience is necessary. Class is held at Premier Athletics,
