In 2006, Kentucky Elite All-Stars merged with Premier Athletics, adding to Premier's exciting chain of cheerleading and gymnastic training centers. Premier Athletics, headquartered in Knoxville, TN, operates 27 cheerleading and gymnastic training facilities in nine states and provides services to more than 10,000 students.

Since 1995 we have been training kids of all ages in tumbling, cheer, and dance. We offer a wide variety of services which includes: Pre School Classes; Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Elite tumbling; Birthday Parties; Trampoline; and Competitive Cheer and Dance.

Premier Athletics is home to the Kentucky Elite All-Stars. The Kentucky Elite All-Star Program has been competing since 1995, and have been featured in magazines, newspapers, and ESPN. Over that period of time they have produced more than 100 athletes on to the collegiate cheer and dance level.
