TUMBLE IV
This class is for more advanced cheerleaders with a solid tumbling background. Athletes in this class must be able to perform the skills in the level 3 tumbling class with a high level of perfection. To participate in this class each athlete must be able to perform a standing back handspring back tuck and round-off back handspring back tuck without a spot. The focus of this class is to master all layout techniques, begin to work on twisting skills and to advance front tumbling skills. Athletes in this class will be expected to perform a higher level of intensity of conditioning to help with the development of their tumbling.
