TUMBLE I
This class is the PERFECT place for a new tumbler to learn the basic fundamentals needed to succeed in tumbling. Athletes will learn body controlling drills and exercises that include handstands, forward/backward rolls, cartwheels and round-offs. Each athlete will also participate in jump and motion training that will include strength drills to accelerate the learning of back handspring mechanics. Those interested need no prior training or experience to participate in this class.
