Flex and Balance
Flexibilty and Balance will help any cheerleader!
Students will learn the heel stretch, arabesque, skate, scorpion, and bow and arrow by doing stretches relating to each skill. Athletes will work on flexibility, twisting drills, basket-toss drills, and balance drills. The goal is to be able to perform all skills to counts on the ground as well as better personal skills while flying. In addition to flying conditioning drills and flexbility will help jumps and overall performance.
