Back Handspring Class
Highly focused class to help you achieve the perfect back handspring.
The athletes will successfully master the standing back handspring. This class is designed to focus on strength and drills to achieve a standing back handspring. This is a good supplemental class to Tumble 200 or Tumble 200 intro. It is also a great supplement to Hip Hop Dance or Power Moves class. ***PREREQUISITE: Athlete should pass Tumble 100 prior to taking this class or have recommendation from Premier Athletics Coach.
