Competitive Gymnastics
Competitive Gymnastics
Competitive gymnastics begins at level 3 for girls and level 4 for boys. The gymnast invited to team begin to train multiple hours and days a week. Competitive gymnastics is split into to divisions, compulsory and optional gymnastics. In compulsory gymnastics (level's 3,4,5, and 6) all the routines are the same around the country. When the gymnast advace to the optional level's (7,8,9, and 10) they are allowed to have individual routines that fit their style.
