Gymnastics for Boys
Get in on the fun!
Swinging, climbing, jumping and building muscles are what boys' gymnastics classes are all about. Premier’s gymnastics and tumbling classes for boys focus on fun and excitement.
Our Boys' Program is divided into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels, so kids are consistently challenged as they progress. From basics like handstands and backward rolls to more advanced skills like back handsprings and vaulting, our Boys' Program teaches it all. The conditioning portion of each class will ensure that your child gets plenty of strength, flexibility, speed and agility training to lay a solid foundation for any sport he may choose in the future.
Preschool Tumbling
Preschool tumbling, for kids ages 18 months to 4 years, helps develop fundamental motor skills and coordination.
Boys’ Tumbling
Students are introduced to the basics of tumbling. They focus on skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, pike rolls, and extension rolls, as well as back handsprings. They continue to progress based on their ability levels. Due to the different physical strengths of boys and girls, boys’ classes will have a larger focus on front tumbling skills.
Students must be at least five years old in order to participate in Tumbling classes.
