About Premier

Premier Athletics’ leadership has learned many valuable lessons along the way, and if you are interested in the Cheerleading/Gymnastics gym industry; we can share our systems, philosophies, and success with you.

Continuing Support

You will have access to the network of Premier gym managers and specialists to answer any of your questions for no charge. 

You will also be assigned a manager who serves as your mentor for learning the Premier system and accessing all available resources. 

You are expected to participate in monthly conference calls with your manager (and specialists as needed) or more frequently if necessary. 

You have access to Premier’s ever-growing library of resources:  lesson plans, training videos, and templates of forms, handbooks and advertisements.

Company Conference calls

During  company-wide conference calls every six weeks, you receive company updates, reminders of how to generate revenue during specific months, and brainstorm with all Company owned gyms and Premier franchisees on new ideas for future growth, budgeting, etc.

Accounting

Premier will categorize all of your financial information each month, and provide you with a monthly balance sheet, profit/loss and cash flow statement by the 20th of the following month.

Payroll

Premier will process your payroll utilizing direct deposit, as well as company payroll checks. Premier will also handle all federal, state and local payroll tax obligations.

Tax Returns

Premier will prepare your company’s federal income tax return as well as all quarterly payroll and sales tax returns.

Retirement Plan

Premier can help you establish for yourself and/or your employees a 401 K retirement plan with Varsity Brands.

Legal Support

Premier provides policies and forms that will save you significant start-up legal fees. If you ever run into a legal problem, our legal representatives are already educated about your business so they can provide fast service at the same low rates offered to Premier corporate.

Advertising Support

Premier will help you design your own website and teach you how to update it yourself.

Premier will design seasonal literature (e.g. summer camp brochures, All-Star recruiting brochures and quarterly newsletter templates) for your gym to utilize.

Premier will advertise all gyms in national industry publications such as American Cheerleader and Cheerbiz as well as national coaches conferences.

Nationwide Network

Premier will assist in seeking new employees and resources (e.g. used equipment at a lower cost).
