Pre- CampsA good way to prepare for your choreography camp or your UCA or NCA camp.

Time Fly's - Stunt Camp
Our highly trained staff can take the stress off you and prepare your squad to do everything from stunting basics to highly advanced tricks. You can customize your stunt camp based on your squads’ current abilities and your needs during game days and pep rallies. Want your stunts to look even better or become more advanced? Sign your team up for weekly squad lessons where they will get continued training and attention to detail to make them really SHINE!
Time Travel - Tumbling Camp
Look great flipping across the gym floor, competition floor, or sidelines! Our staff knows how to get your kids tumbling – whether they are working on a simple back handspring or more advanced twisting skills. We use progressions combined with drills, spotting, and independent work stations to make sure your athletes get the safest, most effective training around.
Show Time - Home Pom
If you need creative choreography and great dance moves, we are your coaches! Premier Athletics has some of the best choreographers in the country on staff that will make every second of your home pom routine count.
Game Time - Game Day Prep
We all know people don’t watch the games 100% of the time. So you need your squads’ jumps, motions, and crowd skills to be on point! This essential camp will help your team with those all important motions, but can also help them perfect their fight song routine, clean up their sideline cheers and chants, and learn how to lead the crowd! NEW THIS YEAR – “Sports 101”! We can help you and your squad learn the basics of football and basketball so they can be the most effective cheerleaders possible!
**Custom music is an additional fee.

Crunch TIMEBuild Your Own Camp

Our revamped and amped up camps are now designed so you can get exactly what you need for the price you want! We make it easy for you to crunch those numbers and get the most for your money! Our “menu of services” allows you to pick the things you feel are most important along with the amount of time you will get for each item. We have made it easier than ordering food at your favorite restaurant. Each Day of Camp will begin with 1 hour of warm up and motion and jump technique

Menu of Items:
Sidelines (Set of 5) – 1 hour
Sideline Incorp after sidelines are learned – 30 minutes
Cheer with Incorp – 1 hour
Fight Song with Incorp – 2 hours
Dance (6-8 Counts) – 2 hours
Cheer – 30 minutes
Stunt – 1 hour
Pyramid – 1 hour
Basket – 1 hour
Tumbling – 1 hour
Additional Jumps and motions – 1 hour
Learning the Game (including game trivia sheets) – 30 minutes Rock Around The Clock
2 Day Camp = 12 hours
3 Day Camp = 18 hours
4 Day Camp = 24 hours.
*Camps include 1 hour for lunch and breaks each day

This is the whole package! A complete routine from start to finish for your squad to use at competitions. Opening, jumps, stunts, pyramid, running tumbling, dance, and everything in between. Routine camps are 3 days/18 hours or more. **Custom music is an additional fee. Rock Around The Clock

Chill TIMEWinter Camps

Tired of learning basketball cheers in June, when your season starts in October? Premier Athletics is now offering winter camps just for you! Whether your sport is cheering basketball games or wrestling matches, Premier is ready to customize a winter camp to fit your squad’s needs.
• Receive instruction by our highly educated and certified instructors
• Train inside one of our state of the art facilities
• Customize your camp to fit your squad’s personal needs
o Competition clean-up

TIME to DanceDance Camps

Go TIME - Routine Camp
Learn a full competition routine in the styles of pom, jazz or hip hop! This 3 day camp will challenge your dancers with a fully customized routine to the level of your team’s abilities with custom-mixed music as well. This routine can be used as half-time performance at your basketball games and for area competitions. Be better than the rest with your own specialized competition routine in whatever style you choose!

Go TIMES 2 - ROUTINE CAMP FOR 2 COMPETITION ROUTINES
Most dance teams are competing in more than one style! Don’t just limit yourself to hip hop when you can develop well-rounded dancers in jazz or pom as well! Why just work on turns and leaps when you can have fun with hip hop choreography? Keeping abreast of two styles keeps your dancers more well-rounded and keeps them challenged in mind and body.

TIME Savers - MINI-ROUTINE CAMP
This 3 day camp is the best way to teach your team routines that are fun and varied for your basketball time-outs or half-times. Your team will learn 3 mini-routines (approximately 45 seconds each) to use for performances or pep rallies. We recommend doing one hip hop, one jazz and one pom. However, you can choose whatever styles you like. It will be customized for your team’s abilities! No one else will have these same dances!

Game TIME - SIDELINES/BAND DANCE CAMP
This 3 day camp will get you SIDELINE ready! Let us create customized band dances for your dance team to go with your school’s fight song and other band specialties! We can also teach you multiple shorter 8 count ditties to go with any drum cadence and other band songs. This if the first showing of your dance team in front of the school and football crowd, so we will aim to IMPRESS!

OneUp All-Star CampThe obvious choice for all serious all-star-teams

Lay the foundation for your winning season at One Up All-Star Performance Camp, the nation’s only performance camp exclusively dedicated to all stars.

Perfect your skills and routines at our beautiful Lake Frances site, a 150-acre playground complete with a 32-acre lake, large indoor gymnasium, cafeteria and 10 cabins.

Our state-of-the-art facility, one hour west of Knoxville, TN, provides the best cheer camps have to offer, including a highly qualified staff, professional sound and lighting, and the best in routine development. And there’s always time for fun at Lake Frances, with its ropes course, zip line, games and water sports.

Flipfest Camp & InvitationalThe Ultimate Gymnastics Experience!

It’s the ultimate gymnastics camp experience, owned and operated by two Olympic gymnasts. John Macready and John Roethlisberger, joined by high-profile guest coaches, invite you to learn from the best in a state-of-the-art facility.

Their Lake Frances compound sits on 150 beautifully wooded acres in Crossville, Tennessee. The new, air-conditioned gym offers the latest equipment, while the lake, comfortable cabins and recreational opportunities make fun a foregone conclusion.

Gymnasts, ages 7-18, are grouped by age and level of ability for safe and specialized training with our excellent staff and star-studded roster of guest coaches, including Olympic medalists Carly Patterson, Mohini Bhardwaj, Jason Gatson, and Brett McClure, national champion David Durante, and American Idol finalist Robert Taylor.
